My father-in-law has been well cared for. Food, services [like] cleaning, healthcare are all very good. They have entertainment for the seniors weekly with different activities scheduled including exercise classes. They care for each person individually.

My mother has always been happy making new friends. This time she could not miss Teodora at EverGreen Retirement Community, a very nice lady who likes to [have] fun with people -- and on the other hand get things done seriously and smartly. As the result my father not only decided to try Evergreen Retirement Community but also asks my mother to join him. So today is a big day for them: they found a new home with impressive services and professionalism, with welcoming surprises.

Evergreen Retirement Home in Mississauga is one of the best retirement homes in Ontario. I would like first to express my gratitude to Mrs Teodora Elez , community relations manager helped me a lot in settling my father in a short period of time in their assisted living. I am grateful to all her efforts.
Secondly, I would like to thank every person working in the home from the: 1-Front desk: Uma and her friendly and welcoming smile. 2-Nurses in 2nd floor and their dedicated work. 3-PSW in 2d floor and their dedicated work in showering and changing clothes. 4-Chefs in the kitchen and their yummy menu. 5-Room service and their cleaning work.
Everyone is welcoming and helping. I would like to thank each person in this home . I would definitely recommend it to any senior. I rate them ***** Five Stars Retirement Home

It feels like family. This retirement community is amazing the nurses are very friendly and caring. The manager Melody is very kind and attentive. Any issues you have, just go directly to her and she will be able to help to you. I am very grateful to have my father staying and becoming a member of the Evergreen family.

We have visited several retirement homes, and from the moment we met Teodoro Elez in the beautifully bright atrium, we knew we were in the right place for me. Teodora was understanding of my needs immediately. She gave me several options and seemed to know what I would enjoy. I made my mind up on the spot that Evergreen will be lovely new home for the rest of my life. Teodora is such a kind and caring person as were Brendan, Melody, Teresa and Marlene, the other staff I had the pleasure of meeting.

My mother in law is at this facility on a respite and I am so grateful to the staff, especially Teodora, she has helped me tremendously with the whole move in such a short notice, I am so grateful for all her help and my mother law loves her room, food and the staff.

We began looking for a retirement facility for my dad, not something we ever expected to do. We were blown away by Evergreen! The facilities are amazing with lots of activities to do including exercises, bowling, swimming, the spa and the library as well as external trips. I honestly felt like I was at a resort both with the activities and the physical spaces! Everyone is very friendly and it is quite evident how much each staff cares for the residents. We loved the different levels of care available to residents as well and the open and honest nature of Sarah, the sales rep. We walked out of there thinking we would love to live there and we're only in our early 50s! It is definitely an environment my dad would love. 5 stars to Evergreen for sure.

We were looking for a retirement living building for my 95 year old father. We live in Western Canada and my sister in law lives in northern Ontario so the logistics of making evrything go well were challenging! My wife found Evergreen and we were able so set up a tour via email and they made it so easy! Prit was amazing and even went so far as to go to my dads former residence in Brampton to go over everything with him. They also sent a ride to pick him up to come to Evergreen to tour. We were all sold after he had the first tour. The building is in amazing shape. The staff goes far above and beyond what we expected. I was able to go visit right after the initial move to help him set his place up. Everyone made me feel so welcome. They handled his medical and prescription needs, his meals were all top notch. They check on him when he does not make a meal apperance or they havent seen him. I felt very secure having him there. Shout out to Prit, Sarah, Danielle, Jessica, Jennifer, Bridgette, Sharlotte, Rose, and Beverly for making me feel so welcome and helping my dad with everything. Top marks for Evergreen!

We cannot begin to express how much we love the staff at Evergreen Retirement Community. They have always been supportive, caring , kind and helpful. However, never had this been more important than during this time [the pandemic - ed]. As an only child, having my mom taken care of by this facility has been a God-send. They have always been available to answer all our questions, and concerns promptly with care, love and patience. It is so clear how much everyone cares for the residents and how much of a “ family “ they all consider themselves to be. They have maintained the utmost care in establishing clear and concise protocols and have remained free of any outbreak - a true blessing in this scary time. Evergreen we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
