"2010, in her 90th year, my Mother joined her sister, 5 years her senior, at the Riverine. Both were very hesitant to leave homes on the Napanee area farms where they raised their families; but the widows who had worked & travelled together in their senior years, happily re-united in this clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. Later on, following many visits, 2 ‘younger’ sisters, also widowed, joined them from suburban Kingston. For several years, the 4 siblings enjoyed many crafts..."
