The longevity of our associates and some residents is sure to impress, as well as our WOW party, a monthly event where our residents nominate staff for moments where they go above and beyond. I have now been living in Retirement Homes for eight years; one in the Niagara Region and two in Ottawa. The Ravines in Ottawa is definitely the best! The staff are all very friendly and kind and do a splendid job in the dining room. The other staff are very good also – the girls on the Front Desk and the maintenance staff as well. Ravines is the only Residence that I know of that has a washer & dyer for each Suite. There are many fine, friendly people living here. In the summer months there are splendid places to walk on the grounds along the ravines and in the woods. In short, you really cannot do much better anywhere!”
