VIDEO: Seniors Flash Mob at IKEA!

Today, seniors speak out in dance—specifically a flash mob at the IKEA store in Port Coquitlam BC!

The residents of Astoria Resort Retirement Living celebrated the recent National Seniors Day in style and we've got the video to prove it!

In addition to their flash mob at IKEA Astoria residents also took part in the British Columbia Senior Living Association (BCSLA) initiative called "Let's Dance!". Residents at retirement communities across BC were asked to "move and groove" for a minute-and-a-half of activity whether standing or sitting. They definitely got into it. Check out the great "Let's Dance!" t-shirts!
