What a great start for Mom! I hate to call them staff....they have made Mom so comfortable during her first weeks there, that they feel like family. Thoughtful, caring, and professional....thank you to Country Cottage for all you do each day!

An overdue thank you to everyone at CC who cared for my Mom over the past 10 years. I was in and out of CC almost on a daily basis and I felt very well supported by all the staff who assisted me in caring for Mom and helping me make sure she was healthy and happy. As Mom’s needs increased, the care needed to be increased. The Director of Care and the RNs/LPNs all stepped up to suggest different ways to support Mom's new complications. There were times when we needed to pivot quickly :) Communication lines were always open between me the Director of Care which was always appreciated. This is an overdue thank you to every single soul at Country Cottage who cared for, or interacted with my mom over her 10 year stay. Whether that care took the form of: cleaning, cooking, helping her with her TV remote, her air conditioning,the telephone, hanging up a picture, administering meds, taking blood pressure, arranging fun activities, dressing her daily, putting the leg brace off and on, taking her out for walks or visiting and chatting, please know it was always appreciated.

Wow! Just wow! I can’t say enough about the staff and this place. I stopped by in search of a place for my parents and from the moment I walked in I knew this was the place. Wendy and Nadine were so welcoming and took the time I needed to ask questions and see the place. I toured 4 other places but like I said I knew this was the one. My parents are now settling in two weeks later and Erin, Jas, Rizza, and the care staff (sorry I can’t remember all the names) are outstanding. This place is a hidden gem in West Edmonton, if you are in search of a home for yourself or your parents please come check out Wild Rose. You won’t be disappointed.

I found the Wildrose when I was researching places for my mom to move to here in Edmonton. I knew it had to be special cause she had a great support system in Lethbridge but no family! I went for a tour and told my mom we didn’t need to look farther. Since moving in my mom has made great friends! I go to almost all the activities that are available when I’m not working! When I need a place to move into I know I’ve already found it!!!

My mom moved into Wildrose approximately a year ago. It was a stressful time for our family as we transitioned mom to a home that offered a higher level of care. We were shown the room mom is now in, we were given a tour of the building and [we just fell] in love with the place and staff. Mom is so happy here, she loves her room, she always says she's home now.

My mom is resident here and I don't have words to describe how good, nice, and caring the staff are. I am so grateful [she] was accepted into this wonderful home. I highly recommend this home if you want to have peace of mind

The staff is exceedingly kind and patient and it is evident they care about the residents. Whenever I have a question or concern there is always someone who helps me. It is a smaller building which lends to a tight knit environment.
