In December 2021 I started my fourth year at Governors Walk. Every day I feel fortunate to live in such a wonderful home where the staff at all levels is caring, sensitive and competent. My suite as well as all common areas are kept clean, the dining room is attractive and the food well above average. My husband was bedridden for 2 months and died in September 2021. The care and affection he received were exceptional. I don't think I could find a better place to live.

I have lived at Governors Walk for 4 years and love it. The food is great and the staff are very helpful. They are always warm and caring. I highly recommend Governors Walk.

My aunt has been at this residence for years. She loves the food and friendly atmosphere.

This is an exceptional retirement residence in every way. The facilities are sparkling clean and safe, with tons of spaces for residents to explore and relax, and lots of activities. The staff are so caring and attentive. Great central location too, with lots of walking and shopping opportunities in Beechwood Village.

I'm writing on behalf of my mother-in-law, who moved into the residence early in the new year. She is happy with the suite and feels safe and secure. The staff is very courteous and competent, and quite proactive at anticipating her needs. The food is excellent with many choices.

This is our fifth year as residents at NES. We are fortunate and delighted to be here. NES offers and provides everything we wanted in a Retirement Home. From the very outset we knew we had made the right decision.

My parents lived at Chartwell New Edinburgh Square for over a decade. It is a classy and well-run retirement residence. The housekeeping services were very good so their suite was always clean and fresh. Meals are well prepared and tasty. The highest praise, however, goes to the amazing staff. From the front desk staff, the nursing staff, the maintenance engineers to the Health and Wellness Manager and the General Manager, the staff here truly care about the residents and do their utmost to make their lives as productive and comfortable as possible. As of this writing this retirement residence had zero COVID-19 cases, which is a testament to effective policies and implementation. The main floor of the building has recently been renovated and is modern and bright. Give it some serious consideration if you are thinking of assisted living.

My mother is resident of Chartwell New Edinburgh Square. I am most grateful for the diligent care she and the other residents have been receiving throughout the pandemic. It has given me an incredible peace of mind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the general manager and all his managers and staff for doing such an outstanding job under such difficult circumstances.
