Staff demonstrate a personal connection to the needs of seniors. Trinity includes a focus on health and wellness that extends beyond the physical, to the emotional and spiritual. This is especially seen in the availability of in-house social features ranging from art classes to inclusive chapel services and much more.

My mother lived at Swan Evergreen Village for two years, and although she has passed, I cannot thank the staff enough (especially the beautiful Johnathon who touched my mother's heart). I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. I highly recommend Swan Evergreen Village to anyone considering moving your loved ones. Based on our experience, your loved ones will be taken care of and thrive in this environment.

This is the best place. Everything from the design to the management to the team is a model of excellence. I feel lucky for my father to be there.

Beautiful almost new facility in a convenient location (soon to have easy ring road access). Our relative lives here in a Supported Living suite and receives care for Alzheimer's. The staff are professional and courteous and generally seem to care a lot about the residents. Throughout the last year+ they have been excellent to deal with and helpful when working to solve problems that this progressively degenerative condition warrants. At this building there are a wide range of activities daily, exercise classes, beauty salon, 'theatre', pool table, dance floor, cash bar (happy hour) and snacks and beverages on every floor, [with] laundry services and housekeeping available. It is nice to know that our relative is being looked after in a friendly warm environment. The team at Swan Evergreen work hard to make sure they are achieving a high standard of care.

TRINITY LODGE

My father, Jack, lived at Trinity Lodge for five years. It was such a positive experience, both for him and our family. Initially, when he was well, he was able to maintain his independent lifestyle and return home to Trinity to have delicious meals in the elegant dining room. As his health declined, we were able to bring in home care services for him, who were kind, compassionate and professional. All the staff at Trinity Lodge were so warm and friendly and the nursing staff went above and beyond to make my father feel safe and cared for. They were also excellent at communicating and keeping me updated. Trinity Lodge was truly my father's home for 5 years and that says it all.

My mother has lived at Trinity Lodge for almost 9 years. She has only good things to say about the staff, the food, the building and the atmosphere. I have appreciated everything about Trinity, but especially the quality of staff, from the beginning. As I write this today, with covid-19 a huge concern in Canada, my appreciation for the staff has deepened. The management have created an environment that has resulted in very high retention of caring skilled staff. I am even more thankful that I know the staff who are with my Mom each day now that I cannot be there.

Top tier retirement residence. My grandma lived here for just over a year or so, and it was a very positive and comfortable experience. Her room was a nice size and had lots of natural light. The outdoor spaces were perfect for a little stroll in the summer. Lots of activities available. The staff were always super helpful and kind. The food is actually amazing - every meal is made really well with lots of options. Our family even visited on a couple of occasions when they offer family Sunday brunch buffets, and the meals were delicious.

Staff quickly learned my parents' preferences, and they are all very friendly. This is a very inviting building. Rates [are very reasonable] given the activities available. Excellent to have pharmacy onsite.

A wonderful place for people in their retirement years. My dad spent only a short time there and it would have been a great place for him if his battle with dementia didn't go so quickly. He loved the atmosphere, the dining opportunities and the friendliness of staff members. Should I know others that need care for their elderly loved ones, I will definitely recommend Trinity Lodge.
