The staff are extremely friendly, and they really care about the residents here. You just get a very warm, comfortable feeling that, you know that they treat the residents here like their own family members. That means a lot to myself as being a caregiver for my parents. It makes me feel very comfortable in the fact of knowing that they're here. They have 24 hours nursing care, seven days a week. My mother-in-law loves the food... She's [also] just having a ball, enjoying everything that's available for her. My father is a very different type of person. He's very introverted. So he has his meals delivered by tray service in his room... he is enjoying the fact that he knows he's being well looked after. [Suzanne's mother, father, and mother-in-law are all here]

The Richmond is fabulous! The food is very good and the staff who served us were extremely kind, friendly and helpful ... There's no reason to be bored at The Richmond ... Any questions we had, no matter how silly, were answered fully and with respect. The welcoming our father received was phenomenal.

My mother has raved about the meals every time we have spoken. Especially with her being a good cook and a rather picky eater, this is a testament to the Arabella menu and chefs. Whenever I visit her, it brings me joy to see her being so well taken care of; with all the activities offered, especially the swimming pool.

My mother moved here two months ago. The entire experience and transition into retirement living has been exceptional thanks to the team at Arabella. She loves it here, raves about how good the food is whenever we talk.

I toured Arabella after a close family member had made a difficult decision that they needed to downsize. What a well thought out and complete facility with excellent programming already in place and fantastic views unlike any other option available in Belleville. The staff that we met were very genuine and despite the facility being new, their experience came shining through. Top notch retirement residence and very much looking forward to moving day.
