The staff are extremely friendly, and they really care about the residents here. You just get a very warm, comfortable feeling that, you know that they treat the residents here like their own family members. That means a lot to myself as being a caregiver for my parents. It makes me feel very comfortable in the fact of knowing that they're here. They have 24 hours nursing care, seven days a week. My mother-in-law loves the food... She's [also] just having a ball, enjoying everything that's available for her. My father is a very different type of person. He's very introverted. So he has his meals delivered by tray service in his room... he is enjoying the fact that he knows he's being well looked after. [Suzanne's mother, father, and mother-in-law are all here]

The Richmond is fabulous! The food is very good and the staff who served us were extremely kind, friendly and helpful ... There's no reason to be bored at The Richmond ... Any questions we had, no matter how silly, were answered fully and with respect. The welcoming our father received was phenomenal.

Extremely beautiful HOME environment that welcomes resident and family immediately. Large, spacious and warm environment inside and out. Picture perfect landscaping makes you feel like you could be on holiday. Staff are part of your family, very kind, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. If you have no choice but to have retirement care for your loved one, THIS is the place they would choose for themselves. I sleep better at night knowing my Great Aunt is being cared for here.
