Gain exclusive insight into life at Cedarwood Station. Comfort Life’s reviews give you exclusive insider information.
No matter what age we are in life, we want to be in a place that brings out the best in us. Cedarwood Station offers an elegant new living space for Airdrie and area seniors who are ready to change their lifestyle for the better. It’s a community where seniors can truly “live their best lives,” in the words of Optima Living’s principals.
There are a number of remarkable things about The Hamlets at Cedarwood Station. It’s notably homey, with a very comfortable feel to the building. It’s less like a seniors’ home and more like a community under one roof. People mix and mingle throughout. There seems to always be a group of people chatting comfortably in the dining lounge, for just one example.
The activity calendar here is very full, filled with enjoyable things to do. A glance at one we viewed shows activities as varied as chair yoga, bingo, shuffleboard, and a writers’ group. There are group games like ladder ball and the like. You’ll find musical guests some evenings and worship services on Sunday.
While the suites at Cedarwood Station are cosy – they’re just right for what you need – you’ll find that the entire building is your home. As with other communities by Optima Living, the root philosophy at work here is all about welcoming you to your new home. This is found, ultimately, in a place that’s safe, comfortable, convenient, and filled with people you enjoy being around. At Cedarwood, the residents and the staff are just that.
We've collected reviews and testimonials from around the web that are relevant to you: those from residents and their loved ones.
Cedarwood Station has been a wonderful place for my mom. The people there are so kind to her, especially Shannon and Loy and the care workers. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are safe and happy and communicate well with the families. I appreciate the outdoor visits right now and look forward to more visits to come in the future.
