Gates of Bayview offers spectacular, affordable living for older Torontonians looking for a refreshing lifestyle change. These are spacious condos in a building with a long list of excellent amenities, including an indoor pool, both tennis and squash courts, and more. Anyone 50 or older in the GTA who wants to downsize into a new lifestyle should take a closer look at these buildings. To us here at Comfort Life, this community stands out for offering many of the same high quality amenities at a similarly affordable rate that you’d expect in a more remote active adult lifestyle community.

Active adult lifestyle communities across the country offer a superb list of amenities, in a price range suitably reasonable for downsizing singles and couples. To have all those services and amenities near Bayview and Steeles is remarkable. The features list here is astonishing. There’s an indoor pool on the main floor, a full size tennis court, a squash court, and an indoor driving range for golfers. You can live that on the subway line.

Life in this community is also brimming with social opportunities. There’s a bridge club and a book club. There are exercise classes including Zumba and aqua fitness classes. These offer an excellent way to get to know your neighbours, and find new friends.

We also love the variety of shopping and other conveniences in the area. Centrepoint, Bayview Village and Fairview malls are all within walking range, along with shops and stores on Steeles Avenue. We highly recommend this community.
