There’s a spiritual aspect to the social life at Caressant Care. You can see that the residents feel comfortable with each other. They’re willing to share that warmth and welcome with newcomers. The outdoor patio is a lively gathering place in summer months and the indoors are homey and happy.
Staff are a critical part of this community. Watch them in action and you’ll recognize that they are committed to residents. They’re caring, respectful, and supportive. They respond genuinely to questions and they give great answers and work to improve the lives of those in their care.

Who are you as a community?
We offer a wide range of accommodation options to suit everyone's budget, including ward, semi-private and private. We have Registered Staff on duty 24 hours a day, and our reasonable all-inclusive rates include 3 nutritious meals daily, healthy snacks available 24 hours a day, housekeeping and laundry service, assisted personal care if needed, and supervision of medications. We also have a salon on site for those interested, foot care nurse and each room has cable and telephone jacks (these are optional services paid for by our residents). Our affordable, all-inclusive rates make it easy for our residents to budget each month.

Hello, and welcome to Caressant Care Woodstock Retirement Home.
We have been taking care of the physical, social and spiritual needs of our residents for over 45 years. We are active in the community, and we are constantly improving to better serve the needs of the people of Woodstock and the surrounding area.
This information package has been prepared to answer some of the basic questions you may have regarding your possible move into Caressant Care Woodstock Retirement Home.
Our commitment to each Resident is to provide a supportive, caring and respectful environment while still encouraging independence. We also welcome any feedback from Residents and their families in order to continuously improve the atmosphere and care we provide.
The decision to move into a Retirement Home can be a very difficult one, but the dedicated staff at Caressant Care Woodstock will do everything possible to help with the transition.

COVID-19 Information
Except for our screening process, life at Caressant care Woodstock is as close to pre-pandemic levels as possible. Residents are free to come and go (screening required) as they please. We have fun activities and of course offer delicious meals. We ensure the home is cleaned to IPAC standards and we act quickly if we have any positive cases to keep Residents safe. When needed, we rely on the full support of our corporate office to help manage any outbreaks.
