The Alzheimer's Society of Toronto is premiering a powerful film called Alive Inside — a new film by Michael Rossato-Bennett about the power of music to unlock memories in people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.

The trailer for this documentary was watched by 6.4 million people on YouTube in just over four days!

World Reflexology Week: September 23rd - 29th, 2012

Next week is World Reflexology Week. The International Council of Reflexologists started World Reflexology Week in 1999 in an attempt to raise awareness and promote reflexology around the world. As a result, this year a number of reflexologists are offering informative workshops about the benefits of reflexology as well as discounts so that more people can try this natural healing therapy.
