Chartwell brings its best-in-class senior lifestyle creation to Orangeville, in Montgomery Village. And with over 250 suites, this really is a virtual village within the town. With copious greenspace around and a beautiful building chock full of amenities and activities, this is a great place to live, well-liked by many senior residents and their families. You can tell residents are pleased with life here, and there’s a welcoming warmth you can feel as soon as you enter the building.
The size of the community creates many meeting places throughout, encouraging people to make friends everywhere they go. That’s pretty much what you’ll see in action here, staff and residents interacting cheerfully. This is truly created to be an all-you-need village. Amenities include an indoor pool, putting green, movie theatre, exercise area, a chapel, bar, and so much more. A highlight for many residents are theme days, as well as visiting entertainment.
Staff take great care of the residents. There’s an emphasis on serving people and treating them like guests every day, as you might expect in a five star resort—except it’s your home every day. They’re enthusiastic about what they do and cheerful throughout the day. People who live here single out staff as the highlight of life here, including the administration, dining room servers, maintenance staff, and others.
Suites in the Village are generous, more like apartments, fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and en-suite laundry. Dining here puts an emphasis on choice, and the food is also well-liked by senior residents. Chartwell Montgomery Village is all about creating a good life for its residents, and people you talk to here will share with you that they’re very successful at this.

Our independent living residence is inspired by the Victorian architecture that graces downtown Orangeville, and features state-of-the-art amenities, including a therapeutic indoor pool, putting green, and bar and lounge. You’ll find our choice of retirement residence suites and seniors’ apartments are welcoming and well-appointed, with many boasting views of our surrounding green space. But what truly makes us a home? It’s our combination of superb amenities, dynamic atmosphere, diversity of leisure experiences and outings, and most of all our team of friendly and dedicated staff.

Construction is now complete for 122 brand-new independent supportive living apartments at our sought-after retirement community. Our beautiful apartments feature full kitchens equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher, as well as en-suite laundry.
