My father was one of the earlier residents at Bolton Mills and Carmelina and her team looked after him very well, and they showed a compassion for their residents to the point where my father considered them his friends and trusted them completely. Bolton Mills is a top notch retirement residence in every way from it's look and feel, to the genuine caring, compassion, professionalism and kindness of the entire team. I would highly recommend Bolton Mills as your first choice for yourself or your loved ones.

My dad was a resident and he thoroughly enjoyed. He loved the staff and they loved having him. The activities are first rate and they encourage participation during all the festivities, including the recreation room. My dad became a google wizard at the age of 91. He had a great 2 room unit and loved having people visit and showing them around the facility, often trying to get his older friends to come live there. Thank you to the staff at Bolton Mills for making his stay enjoyable.

My dad has been a resident of Bolton Mills Retirement Community for the past 2 years. Our family is just thrilled that we found a community for him that he loves. The care and support of all the staff has been amazing especially over the past year with COVID. They have gone out of their way to make all the residents feel special and have really worked hard to make sure no-one has felt lonely during this time. The residence itself is warm and inviting from the bright welcoming foyer to the spacious hallways and spacious suites. He is enjoying his meals in the dining room and the little treats the hospitality staff bring to their suites now and then. Thank you to Bolton Mills and Esprit for everything they do in this community. I would recommend this retirement residence to anyone looking in the Bolton Area.

What impresses me the most about Bolton Mills is more than just one element. One, it's the design and the footprint of the actual building and the facilities and how they are laid out that make it very easily accessible by the residents. Many of them require assistance or devices in terms of getting around in the building. And every area is thoughtfully designed so that there isn't a large distance between, say, coming off the elevators and getting to the dining room or to the games room or to the library areas within the building itself. Number two, I'm incredibly impressed by the compassion, the empathy, the commitment by people that work there. Second to none… When we actually walked into Bolton Mills, we instantly felt that element of family, people, caring people, being very interested in my mother, her life story, some of her challenges, what kind of help she needed. That is so prevalent in everything that they do, whether it be the medical assistance or the kitchen staff or whether it's the individuals running the activities. The relief I’ve felt has been absolutely immense. We were all worried constantly about mom. Was she eating? Was she sleeping? ... Now I'm not worried about her anywhere as close as I used to… I know she is getting superior caregiving and care and love.

Four Elms is a well kept and managed retirement home. Unfortunately, my mother (due to her medical situation), could not enjoy the various activities available. The staff was attentive and minor, typical problems were dealt with promptly and professionally by the general Manager Luis Oliveira. It is a place I would warmly recommend to my friends.

Our parents lived at Four Elms for over a decade. Over the years they, our father in particular, participated in several activities that he found interesting, especially art. There was no shortage of choices for those that were interested. The staff were always kind, thoughtful and respectful. As the end of Dad's life came closer the nursing staff were wonderful and attentive. I'd like to compliment all the staff from the administrative folks who made our dealings with them easy and hassle-free, to the maintenance team who were always ready to repair anything, the nursing team who were caring and skilled, the housekeeping staff who made sure his home was in good condition, and finally the servers who interacted with my parent's several times a day....always greeting them with a smile and accommodating their culinary wishes as best they could. While no place is as perfect as your own home, Four Elms was a safe and caring environment that met the needs of our ageing parents.

My experience with Four Elms has been AMAZING!! Everyone is always so friendly & accommodating.. The building always looks in immaculate condition -- so well maintained -- & it's a pleasure being in such a clean, cheery & beautiful environment.... Whenever I have needed information or advice, the staff are always there to help out with a smile... The PSW's & nursing staff do everything to keep my mother comfortable & happy -- Daniella, the head nurse, goes above & beyond & is just a doll. Whenever I speak to my mother on the phone, she's always raving about how kind the staff are & how well she's being treated. I highly recommend Four Elms to anyone who is looking for a senior residence, either for themselves or for a loved one.

Our father was part of the Four Elms Retirement Center community for four years. The amazing staff and management teams exceptional care and kindness provided to him was very comforting and much appreciated.

My mom and dad had a beautiful apartment here until dad passed away after being here for 6 months...then mom was moved to the 2nd floor where her care was upgraded and for the next 6 years was very happy with her new surroundings. She had fantastic caregivers, the meals were fresh and well made and our family was very pleased with Four Elms.
