The care, safety, and comfort of every Grandview resident is our top priority, so we can help them create the life that they want to live.
We believe that every resident, no matter their needs, should always feel comfortable and be treated with the same levels of respect and dignity.
Seniors are assigned a personal move-in liaison—one of the department leaders of the residence—to assist them with every step of the move-in process. We are happy to provide assistance with downsizing tasks before residents move in as well.
Once seniors arrive, they are paired up with a current resident ambassador. This ambassador helps the new resident navigate their first few days, guiding them and answering questions about all aspects of residence life.

Our residence is large in size (215 suites), but the community has an intimate, homey feel. Team members know all residents personally, including their needs and preferences. Seniors easily build friendships with each other as well, meeting during life-enriching activities, dining together and bonding over common interests.

We are proud to be embedded in such a beloved town full of art and culture, and our vision is to grow with the surrounding area while doing everything we can to remain a strong community partner and a good neighbour.
