Great place.

It is so easy to write a positive review for Bridge Street Retirement Home. This home is always clean & fresh with a very home-like atmosphere. Being cozy and quaint makes it ideal for anyone to feel happy and comfortable here. My mother has been residing here for a little over a year. Everyone is so kind, loving and caring. I visit often and have felt close to everyone, workers and even some other residents. It's the atmosphere, the warmth, the positivity that seems to flow through the veins of everyone associated with this home. I can't single out anyone in particular as I find everyone to be completely wonderful. This includes, office staff, nurses, PSWs, cleaners, cooks, front desk personnel, everyone!

The staff has been outstanding from day one, very caring and considerate. The professional atmosphere starts with the management staff and continues through all the other departments, as a primary caregiver it is comforting to know Mum is in a caring place.

My 96 year old father lives at Bridge Street Retirement Residence. He moved in almost 1 year ago at the beginning of the pandemic. We could not be happier with all of the staff and the residence itself. Dad being there gives me great peace of mind-and the level of care is incredible. I know he is well taken care of which means a lot to me.

My mother was fortunate to stay at Bridge Street Retirement Residence for a number of years. It's truly a gem among retirement residences, located very close to downtown Belleville. For seniors that have good mobility, this is a definite plus. My mother's mobility wasn't that great and unfortunately she didn't enjoy walks downtown as other residents of Bridge Street Retirement Residence did. But she did very much like living there. The staff are wonderful and make you feel like your at home. They take the time to get to know you and I certainly felt that they cared. The food was excellent at Bridge Street Retirement Residence as well, and that, of course, is very important.

My mother has raved about the meals every time we have spoken. Especially with her being a good cook and a rather picky eater, this is a testament to the Arabella menu and chefs. Whenever I visit her, it brings me joy to see her being so well taken care of; with all the activities offered, especially the swimming pool.

My mother moved here two months ago. The entire experience and transition into retirement living has been exceptional thanks to the team at Arabella. She loves it here, raves about how good the food is whenever we talk.

I toured Arabella after a close family member had made a difficult decision that they needed to downsize. What a well thought out and complete facility with excellent programming already in place and fantastic views unlike any other option available in Belleville. We spoke with a couple of people that are already living there and they had great things to say about Arabella life. The staff that we met were very genuine and despite the facility being new, their experience came shining through. Top notch retirement residence and very much looking forward to moving day.

My great aunt recently moved in and she’s been having a great experience. Good service, high quality rooms, and lots of activities. Great location, cannot recommend enough.

My Grandmother loves her new home. Having her move into this new residence has given me [peace] of mind. The staff are very friendly, the food is great, she especially loves the view of the lake from her room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury retirement living.
