My parents just moved into Parkland on Eglinton. The care, communication, and attention during the pre-move-in process have been stellar. Every person we have met along the way has been kind, warm, and positive. Yesterday was move-in day. My parents, and our whole family, who came along for the occasion, were greeted by name at every interaction. The staff also received glowing feedback from the moving company who they were able to liaise with throughout the day. We are all looking forward to becoming a part of the Parkland Community. This is a beautiful place to live as a senior: high-end with a pub with billiards and a beautiful pool, pet-friendly, and the people are amazing. I would love to retire and live at Parkland. The staff is very friendly, would highly recommend Parkland to anyone!!

A well-run facility that puts residents first. Beautiful modern building and facilities. Very good indoor parking that is heating in the winter. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a wide choice of meal choices. There are no timed multiple sittings. You can stay as long as you want for a meal.

My father has been living here since 2021. Best decision we ever made. He loves it. He has made many new friends and is more social than ever. The staff are caring and the food is very good. ... He is very happy.

My father moved to Delmanor West Village in April 2024. Prior to the decision to move here, we met with Lisa Holland to learn about the place. Lisa was our first introduction to Delmanor and we knew we were in superb hands when she greeted residents and staff by their names. She is lovely, gracious and an outstanding employee who should be highly commended. Since Dad has moved in, we have been really impressed by the level of care and camaraderie from both staff and residents. I am happy to say it has become his new home.

The exemplary staff of professional dedicated employees that care for the residents are exceptional. My five years to-date residency couldn't have been better.
