My Aunt currently lives at Delmanor and I had the opportunity to have an outdoor visit with her recently. I wanted to share how well she has been looked after during this most very difficult and trying time. The entire family feels very comforted by the safty protocols which are in place and the loving care she receives every day by all departments. She can't say enough about the menu selections and how blessed she is living at Delmanor Elgin Mills.

My grandparents have been at Delmanor the last 5 years and the warmth and care they get is everything you could look for in a retirement community! Even in this year when so much has been unprecedented my family has felt so comforted knowing Delmanor is handling the covid situation with the upmost professionalism and continue to make it an amazing living experience for my grandparents!

We moved into Delmanor a year ago and could not be happier, the staff have been wonderful going beyond the call of duty when looking after us during this trying time. We had temps taken regularly, exercises in the hall, great meals and conversations with other residents in the hall (with our masks on) so there is always companionship if you want it as well as walks around the building outside and in.

My Father and his wife moved into Delmanor just over a year ago and absolutely love it. There are always activities for them to participate in if they wish or a friendly face to say hello and have a chat. The staff are friendly, kind and always willing to help. During the pandemic they have worked very hard to keep everyone safe and healthy and have done a great job!

I cannot say enough about everyone who works at the community (from maintence, dining room, concierge, health care, sales and administration).They have all shown themselves to be people who are warm, caring, welcoming, supportive and responsive to their residents in every way. I could never have found more for my father, who has truly appreciated all of the efforts to make him feel welcome and a part of the community in short order.

Viva Thornhill Woods met all of my families expectations and more about retirement living. From the first phone call with Wendy, the Community Relations Manager, my parents were at ease. The tour and lunch were great, Wendy made sure to answer all of our questions and even introduced us to others. My in-laws are looking forward to moving into their new home.

We looked at a few Retirement Communities and are so grateful we chose Viva Thornhill Woods. Wendy, Adam, and the entire team were so helpful and we are very excited that our mom will be part of such a great community. We would highly recommend VIVA Thornhill Woods Retirement Community and look forward to many great times ahead.
