Whether you’re looking for full independent living or added support, Stonemont provides a range of living options from fully independent apartments with full kitchens and in-suite laundry, to Supportive Living, Assisted Living, and short-term or respite stays. Still very new, Stonemont is designed for the comfort and well-being of seniors, ideal for people with family in Gloucester, Orleans, or elsewhere in the east end.
Apartments combine privacy and modern convenience. Layouts range from studios to spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. Many include balconies and abundant natural light. They're designed for accessibility and ease.
Resort-style amenities highlight community life here. There’s a heated pool, fitness centre, on-site salon and spa, craft kitchen, a theatre, media spaces, and welcoming lounges. A bar/bistro and an inviting dining room offer happy gathering places where it’s easy to make friends, chat, and simply be with people your age.
Dining is a standout, with restaurant-style service, made-to-order breakfasts, daily chef’s specials, full à la carte menus, flexible meal times, and a fully licensed bar for residents and guests. Choose from the total independence of Lifestyle Apartments, All-Inclusive Apartments with hospitality services included, the enhanced care of Supportive Living Apartments or short-term accommodations for Respite Stays. Our apartments include utilities, Roger's Ignite, tenant insurance.

We give you real choice in how you live. At Stonemont, you’re not locked into one model—we offer everything from fully independent lifestyle apartments to supportive and assisted living, all within one community. That flexibility means you can shape your days your way, while still having access to amenities, dining, and services that make life easier, more social, and more enjoyable.
What supports do you offer residents as they adjust to life there?
We make the transition simple by removing the burdens of home ownership, replacing them with a lifestyle that’s ready from day one. With maintenance-free living, dining options, and a full calendar of activities, you can settle in at your own pace. You can age in place here. Stonemont is not the right fit for someone who needs a fully clinical environment with round-the clock care. Our community is designed around independence, flexibility, and lifestyle choice. We’re best suited for individuals who want to stay active, social, and in control of how they live day to day, with support available rather than predefined.
