Exceptional community! My mom and dad have lived there since 2013. The staff treats them with such kindness. It's as if my parents were their parents. Thank you very much, Garrison Green! I am so fond of this place that I volunteer there, showing movies and leading sing-a-longs with my dad.

TRINITY LODGE

My father, Jack, lived at Trinity Lodge for five years. It was such a positive experience, both for him and our family. Initially, when he was well, he was able to maintain his independent lifestyle and return home to Trinity to have delicious meals in the elegant dining room. As his health declined, we were able to bring in home care services for him, who were kind, compassionate and professional. All the staff at Trinity Lodge were so warm and friendly and the nursing staff went above and beyond to make my father feel safe and cared for. They were also excellent at communicating and keeping me updated. Trinity Lodge was truly my father's home for 5 years and that says it all.

My mother has lived at Trinity Lodge for almost 9 years. She has only good things to say about the staff, the food, the building and the atmosphere. I have appreciated everything about Trinity, but especially the quality of staff, from the beginning. As I write this today, with covid-19 a huge concern in Canada, my appreciation for the staff has deepened. The management have created an environment that has resulted in very high retention of caring skilled staff. I am even more thankful that I know the staff who are with my Mom each day now that I cannot be there.

Top tier retirement residence. My grandma lived here for just over a year or so, and it was a very positive and comfortable experience. Her room was a nice size and had lots of natural light. The outdoor spaces were perfect for a little stroll in the summer. Lots of activities available. The staff were always super helpful and kind. The food is actually amazing - every meal is made really well with lots of options. Our family even visited on a couple of occasions when they offer family Sunday brunch buffets, and the meals were delicious.

Staff quickly learned my parents' preferences, and they are all very friendly. This is a very inviting building. Rates [are very reasonable] given the activities available. Excellent to have pharmacy onsite.

A wonderful place for people in their retirement years. My dad spent only a short time there and it would have been a great place for him if his battle with dementia didn't go so quickly. He loved the atmosphere, the dining opportunities and the friendliness of staff members. Should I know others that need care for their elderly loved ones, I will definitely recommend Trinity Lodge.
