My Aunt currently lives at Delmanor and I had the opportunity to have an outdoor visit with her recently. I wanted to share how well she has been looked after during this most very difficult and trying time. The entire family feels very comforted by the safty protocols which are in place and the loving care she receives every day by all departments. She can't say enough about the menu selections and how blessed she is living at Delmanor Elgin Mills.

My grandparents have been at Delmanor the last 5 years and the warmth and care they get is everything you could look for in a retirement community! Even in this year when so much has been unprecedented my family has felt so comforted knowing Delmanor is handling the covid situation with the upmost professionalism and continue to make it an amazing living experience for my grandparents!

We moved into Delmanor a year ago and could not be happier, the staff have been wonderful going beyond the call of duty when looking after us during this trying time. We had temps taken regularly, exercises in the hall, great meals and conversations with other residents in the hall (with our masks on) so there is always companionship if you want it as well as walks around the building outside and in.

My Father and his wife moved into Delmanor just over a year ago and absolutely love it. There are always activities for them to participate in if they wish or a friendly face to say hello and have a chat. The staff are friendly, kind and always willing to help. During the pandemic they have worked very hard to keep everyone safe and healthy and have done a great job!

RICHMOND HILL RETIREMENT RESIDENCE

My mom and dad lived here for almost 2 years. The rooms are more spacious than any other retirement home in the area, which was a big draw for them moving out of their family home. The ability to get help as needed was important and the PSWs and nursing staff were always wonderful to them. Pre-covid, they also really enjoyed meal time in the pub and felt well taken care of by the wait staff who knew all their favourite drinks and meals. We were always greeted with a smile by the front desk staff. Everyone worked hard to make it feel like home for them. [posted to Google May 2021]

We are so grateful to have found Richmond Hill Retirement Residence. My Mom has been living at RHRR for two and a half years and we couldn't be happier. Every staff member is kind and caring and makes my Mom feel like she is living with family. They know every resident's name and in our case our extended family too! I have received numerous texts from the life enrichment team, sharing photos and special activities of which my Mom has participated. They really do make the residents their number one priority! During this very difficult time with Covid-19, the staff have done their very best to keep the residents happy and safe. They have kept us well-informed and up to date with all happenings regarding new protocols and public health information. Thank you to all the staff at RHRR for giving my Mom a very special place to live that allows our family to rest easy knowing that she is well cared for and safe. My mother has been at this residence for about 4 years and I want to recognize the exceptional work by all the staff members at the residence especially during the covid 19 pandemic, to keep everyone safe. [These have] been very trying times for everyone but especially for Retirement Residences where we have some of the most [vulnerable].
