How are residents supported if their needs change?

At Richmond Hill Retirement Residence, residents can continue living independently while arranging additional support if their needs evolve. We offer independent living and independent supportive living, with services that can be coordinated through the health and wellness team to assist with daily routines. Our goal is to provide personalized support while allowing residents to remain comfortably in their own suite and connected to the life of the community.

In the coming years, we’ll continue building on the lifestyle residents already value, including strong wellness programming, dining experiences, and opportunities for social connection. We’ll continue enhancing services that support independence while ensuring residents have access to additional support when it is needed. We’ll continue evolving in ways that enrich daily life and strengthen the sense of community within the residence.
