Our team introduces new residents to the dining room, common spaces, and daily routines that shape life here. Just as importantly, we help them connect with neighbours and staff so they quickly begin building friendships and feeling at home in the community.
When someone moves in, the transition is supported by our Village Experience Coordinator, Resident Support Coordinator and the resident welcoming committee members.. Shared meals, warm gathering spaces, and the rhythm of daily village life make it easier for new residents to quickly feel at home in their surroundings. Team members learn residents’ preferences, routines, and interests so new people can feel comfortable and confident. Opportunities to participate in activities, programs, and everyday conversations help residents build connections and quickly develop a sense of belonging within the village.
