This is a still-very-new, innovative retirement residence created by builders of several other exceptional communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Staff mix conscientiousness with fun, making this a happy place to live for residents. Onsite, there's a pub, a movie theatre, a beauty salon, a wellness center, and other luxuries. Harmony Square is the meeting place between the Grove (independent living suites) and Orchard buildings (full service, assisted living area), where you'll find these shared amenities and other services.

One exceptional feature of living at Harmony Hill is the food. Meals prepared by the residence's Red Seal Chef are a great pleasure. Meals balance considerations of nutrition and deliciousness along with choice. Food is prepared fresh daily, using local sources where feasible.

"My father moved in to Harmony Hill in the fall of 2023 and he loves it. The suites are modern and suitable for people who use mobility aids such as wheelchairs, scooters and walkers.   Amazing staff to start with . Our mom, has been here a month and really enjoys it . It’s nice to come and enjoy some of the things she likes to do as it helps to settle in .   The staff are fantastic; they were exceptionally helpful and caring during my mother's last months of life - always available when she needed medical attention or help, willing to go the extra mile to ensure she was comfortable and safe. I can't praise them enough for providing a warm, caring environment for my mom....and for myself and our family. We felt a part of the community, warmly welcomed and as at-home there as my mother. • Caring & Loving Staff

  I am the Housekeeping/Laundry supervisor at Harmony Hill. We have the most caring and loving staff always a big smile and lots of laughter here. Our residents are the best!. Our management team are awesome, and that all comes from the most caring and loving person our team has for an Executive Director Andrea Raaymakers. I love my job here at Harmony Hill coming to work everyday and seeing the smiles on our residents faces is just pure joy!

  Went for a tour for my parents and this residence is absolutely stunning, nothing like I ever imagined a seniors home to be. It's like a resort with all of the amenities of one. The decor is beautiful and the staff are so polite and accommodating.The suites are lovely and so many choices in size. The cost was below the other residences that I toured and so much nicer and larger. Take a tour of Harmony Hill and you won't look anywhere else! - Donna

Harmony Hill is a community within a larger very active community of Oshawa. Centrally and conveniently located in the north end of the city with access to a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and community centres while still maintaining a small town feel with views of the countryside to the east and Lake Ontario to the south. A walk across the street and you are able to see the latest movies or a short drive and you are on the 401 heading into Toronto or maybe to the theatre to catch a live performance in Port Hope. Oshawa offers some exceptional festivals and cultural events throughout the year that are right in our backyard. Bowmanville to the east is a small town with big activity from festivals to parades, shopping and dining.
