About Metta Lifestyles Queens Estate Retirement

A member of Metta Lifestyles

Queens Estate Retirement Residence, located in Toronto, Ontario is a retirement community dedicated to compassion, safety, and personalized care. We are focused on providing high levels of care, similar to those found in a public nursing home, except in an atmosphere that fosters care, compassion, dignity, security, respect, and safety. This allows your loved one to live a healthy active lifestyle.

We stand out among retirement communities in Toronto because of our many complex care options, including specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. Our home-like setting creates an atmosphere that is inviting and comfortable. This sense of home strengthens feelings of belonging and security while reducing feelings of loneliness and confusion. We understand how important this is to our residents and their loved ones.

We recognize how hard the transition can be when your loved one moves into a retirement residence which is why we try to make that transition easier by providing two options of suites (private and semi-private), and customized healthcare services which allow your loved one to age in place without having to move again!

Comfort Life Review

stories

Queens Estate Retirement Residence offers Metta Lifestyles’ experience and expertise coupled with a brand new building. These factors combine to create a very welcoming, caring community. Even though this is a relatively new building, when you walk in the door you’ll see how the comfortable setting here encourages people to feel relaxed, make friends and make this their home.

We love the generous lounge spaces found throughout the building, ideal places to sit and enjoy the company of others or just relax. Staff is an important part of the friendly atmosphere, also, offering kind words and warm greetings to everyone they meet. One other unique aspect of this community is the ease of access from throughout the GTA, thanks to its close proximity to the 401 and the 400 as well as the nearby GO Station.
