JoLynn Widden
Where global citizen meets small town values, you’ll find JoLynn Whidden, Riverwalk’s General Manager. Originally from a small farming town, JoLynn has lived in the furthest corners of the world and as a result, she has a strong sense of what it takes to create a real home.
Equal parts pragmatist and nurturer, JoLynn is a deeply experienced independent and assisted living professional with a passion for community building, ensuring residents & their families receive the highest standard of care and customer service.
JoLynn worked in politics before following her calling to the senior care homes sector eight years ago. Her drive to build a loving home extends to her personal life where she loves to cook and guide her young adult children towards fulfilling, rewarding futures.
When not at Riverwalk you’ll find JoLynn hiking with her two Labrador Retrievers, enjoying a glass of wine, travelling with family, or out experiencing one of Calgary’s many amazing dining venues.
