On behalf of my entire family we would like to extend a huge thank you to you and the most amazing staff that you have assembled at Evanston Summit. We were continually impressed and blown away by the facility, staff and residents.
Evanston Summit is clean, modern and comfortable. The apartments are spacious and yet cozy. The entire complex is kept extremely clean. The housekeeping staff were always helpful and friendly. We were so touched to hear Rose would not only clean my mom’s apartment, but also helped her with her lunches. Any of our handyman needs were handled efficiently and with ease by Barry.
Meals At Evanston are hearty and varied. Amanda was so accommodating and thoughtful. She ensured my mom enjoyed her daily meals. My mom felt very special when Amanda found out her favorite treat and popped a few in her walker after her first meal so she could enjoy some in her room.
You, the office staff and the concierge were always the best to deal with. Efficient, communicative and prompt with any issues we needed help with. From accounting issues to any day to day needs and guidance. We were always met with friendly hellos and waves by all staff we encountered.
The residents are a happy friendly group of people who were most welcoming to my mom.
