Residents Add Their Touch Around The Residence

CATEGORY: HEALTH & WELLNESS

The Vineyards Residence engages residents with some gardening.

Assisted living and memory care residents leant helping hands, experience, and creativity to plant pots and display boxes this spring.

Gardening is a low-impact physical activity that improves strength and motor functioning. It encourages mindfulness, stimulates our senses, eases stress and boosts energy levels.

Hallways, patios, and decks are vibrant and nicely adorned with freshly cultivated pieces – all personally picked, planted, and watered by residents of The Vineyards Residence.
