This community deserves closer attention! We love the striking modern look to the exterior of the building, for immediate starters. Inside, the design is striking, featuring an atrium-style dining room that extends to the second floor. Suites are also very stylish.
Christian seniors with discriminating tastes will love the move into Evanston Summit. You’ll add spice to your life by participating in good living here. There are many things to do here, tailored to people this age, Tai Chi being one of the more popular activities. The bistro, billiards room and library all facilitate a variety of interactions.
True heart-and-soul shine through in the entire community’s avid involvement in activities, including a lively happy hour once week, full involvement in birthday and holiday celebrations, and barbecues spread throughout the summer months. Intergenerational programs inspire participation from family members and help broaden the community. Other of “so many things to do here” include educational lectures and bowling.
My parents lived here for a couple of years, and then my mother for 3 years after my dad passed away. Wonderful caring staff, a clean unit that was more spacious than I would have expected, with laundry in the unit. The only reason my mom isn't still living there is because her health requires more assistance—Terry Couch, family member
Evanston Summit - What can I say? It's the epitome of wonderful! The staff are awesome and the suites are great with washer & dryer in each suite. We have a great chef and the food is very good. We are within walking distance of a small mall which has everything we need! I am so glad I moved here.—Sheryle Lind, resident
We moved our mother in law and have nothing but excellent service from the entire staff. They have been very helpful and in so many ways and recommend them to anyone considering a move.—Dale Norlin, family member
Let me tell you what I like about where I live. It’s a one bedroom suite with a large bathroom, shower and my own washing machine! Lots of windows and plenty of lights in the ceiling. Neighbors right next door, meals served in a large dining room. I live here like a queen and I wouldn’t be so happy anywhere else!—Jean F, resident
Evanston Summit is my home and I really like it here. The staff are wonderful and the meals are good. I am able to be independent here, that's what I've always tried to do. You will like it here.—Delores A, resident
