  December 1st we had the Deegan Family Christmas.
  It was great ! Full turkey dinner for 30 people. The dinner was delicious, staff was very friendly, very helpful.
  The 2 ladies that served and took care of dinner were excellent!

  It's a year today that Dad passed away and I was looking through some old pictures, many of the recent ones from Whitecliffe activities. It reminded me of how much he enjoyed it there and I just wanted to say how much we appreciated all the care and efforts involved from you and the staff in reception, PSW's, nurses and Dining Room and Maintenance.

  My father has been at White Cliffe for almost two years and I cannot say enough about it. He is happy, active and I can walk away after a visit and know that he is in good hands.
  There are many activities for those who want to participate or just observe.
  I went to their Italian dinner last night and it was great. Every meal I have had there, and there have been many, have been awesome. Residents have choice and if the choice does not suit their palette at the time they can ask for something else and if the kitchen can accommodate, they do.
  The staff is always smiling and knew my father's name the day he moved in as well as mine. I am always greeted with a smile and my dad as well. The staff treat him like royalty. I also believe you get what you give and if you are constantly rude and or complaining well then... However, I cannot see any of the staff that I have met be rude to anyone, and I am there quite a bit. ALL staff are wonderful!
  As I said, I can leave the building and know that my father is cared for and treated very well. I would highly recommend White Cliffe.

  My dad moved into White Cliffe Terrace 3 ½ years ago.  Prior to his arrival we had visited your home and sampled your lunch, which we found to be very tasty and prepared from only fresh ingredients (not frozen or canned).  All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful!  We have since recommended White Cliffe Terrace to other seniors!  Everyone we know, who has visited my dad there mentions the kind staff and extreme cleanliness.  About a week after dad moved in, he looked a bit lost one day.  One of your nurses who was going on her break asked him if he might like to walk across the street with her to Tim Horton’s and get a coffee.  Dad was delighted by this kind gesture (which the nurse had mentioned to me).  Any requests that dad has made of the years (i.e. picture hanging, TV issues, heating/AC troubles, etc.) were attended to in a timely fashion.

  In closing, I wish to state that I visited many seniors’ homes over the years and found yours to be the best!

  P.S. Our relatives from Germany who visited us in 2019 remarked on the beautiful lobby, dining room and the cleanliness of the building overall.

Anne comes to White Cliffe Terrace with approximately twenty years of Healthcare Administration experience with the last ten being in Seniors Living.  Anne is passionate about the support of our Residents and strives to ensure they remain engaged while enjoying the best possible life experience.

PCR testing for Covid 19 with a negative result and double vaccination are required prior to move in. Chest x-ray is used instead of TB testing. Not provided for anyone over 65.
